1. Download Brave browser. 2. Open 2 tabs (1 with Netflix and in the other tab just type in PayPal.com but don't hit enter). 3. Go on to netflix.com and make an Account like normal using a VPN or proxy, I suggest using a temp mail for the e-mail, then once it asks to pay with PayPal, login into the Account. 4. Now while its logging in, look at the URL and watch it carefully, if you see hermes anywhere in the url. 5. If you see "hermes" switch to the other tab hit enter on PayPal.com. 6. You will be redirected to the accounts Dashboard. Once u see the url of the PayPal say PayPal.com/summary close the Netflix tab. 7. If it didn't work just to all of the steps again but with a new email and new Netflix account! Enjoy and Thank me later.
